Hello everybody,
I don't know what category this will fall into, so I'm glad you found it.
I am super exited about my schedule (I just barely looked at it!) and I want to share with you some of the ones that sound the most fun to me.
Men's Tech. This is a class where there are no girls allowed, I will be learning some of the steps that only Dansuers (Male dancers) do, I am exited for it because there will be lots of turns and jumps and even jump turns!
Men's Variations. When I was in the less intensive, there was a class called Variations. It was a class where everyone learned a dance from a actual ballet, and this class is pretty much the same thing, except its only for guys.
Character. That word pretty much said it. This class is like a acting class, except for ballet, I will learn how to do pantomime, make my actions really big, and feel like you are your character.
Modern/Jazz. I really liked my Jazz class in the less intensive, it gave me a chance to experience different types of dancing, and this will give me even more!

If you have any questions please email me at kaicasperson@gmail.com

Thanks for reading!
Kai.

Thank you to ballet students!

Kai and I just deposited the money I had left over after paying for costumes and a helper for my Beginning Ballet Workshops, and it's brought Kai's money raised so far to $560! We are so thrilled and want to thank everyone for your help making this goal of Kai's a reality!

Kai has been working every day on the cookbook! I really am looking forward to producing this fun book to share with our family and friends. We'll let you know more about it as it comes together.

And I am loving sharing about grace with women and girls in my "Growing in Grace" workshop. I hope to schedule more of those soon! It is such a fun and lovely message. If you have a group of women or girls who may wish to participate in such a class, email me at steffaniecasperson at gmail. I love helping Kai reach his goal by sharing this message because everyone wins! Participants are uplifted and inspired, Kai contributes by tending while I'm busy, and I get the joy of making a positive difference in the lives of women old and young.

Thanks again to those who have helped us towards raising money for Kai's summer with Ballet West by enjoying a ballet class with me. I'm getting excited about holding a few Ballet Summer Camps this year. I will do at least 2 in my home the beginning of June. If you have enough space and can find around 8 girls to participate, I may be able to to bring the camp right to you too! (I'm hoping offering to take this camp on the road will allow more girls the opportunity of participating in this fun introduction to famous ballets. AND if you have financial constraints, but can find the space and participants, I'm happy to offer scholarships to the organizing family so their children can attend free of charge! Let me know if that is you by emailing me at the address I mentioned above.)

Thank you again for a fabulous year of Giselle, The Nutcracker, and Swan Lake. It has been a blessing to us to host these classes, and I hope they have blessed your little dancers as well!
Hi, this is Kai again,
On the 14th my mom did a class called Growing in Grace, its basically the same thing as Princess and Her Carriage for older girls and women. We received $40, so thanks for everyone's generosity that went to Growing in Grace. Thank you for helping me get closer to my goal! Other than Grace and Princess and her Carriage, we haven't done any windows, so whoever is reading this now, call us! The cook book is about half way there, and some of the recipes are in my mom's head, some of my favorite recipes are Cucumber Punch, Spinach and Tomato Salad, Jambalaya, and Sabbath Cookies. If you have a favorite recipes that my mom made and you want to make sure it is going to be in the book, please tell us in the comments below.
Thanks!

Getting Going!

Thanks for stopping by this blog! Kai and I hope to post here all our progress on our efforts to fund his ballet camp. We have high hopes we will make our goal of $2,000. Hope you can have us wash your windows, or join a ballet class, buy a cookbook, or come hear a presentation. OR do all of the above! We look forward to serving others and are excited to see where it leads!
